The Top of the Funnel:

Awareness
The first step in creating a sales funnel is to identify your audience's pain points or needs, and determine what information they need in order to find your product or service. Use content marketing to create a consistent and engaging presence online that explains how your products and services can help solve their problems.
Depending on your market, this may include social media, paid advertising, blog posts, and word of mouth. Often, this leads to a potential customer's initial awareness of your brand, but it can also lead to them developing interest in your product or service over time.

Your goal in this stage is to educate your audience about how your product or service can benefit them and build trust and credibility with your audience. Using this approach, you can create an ongoing relationship that allows you to build a strong base of repeat business and referrals.

The Middle of the Funnel:

Consideration
During this stage, your prospect is becoming aware of your product or service and is deciding whether or not it's worth their time to learn more. They may have questions and concerns about your offering, so you need to respond quickly with answers that address these.

You can do this by providing them with valuable, helpful information that informs and reassures them that they're making the right decision. This can be done through blogs, email newsletters, or videos. You can also try using live webinars to answer questions from your audience, or phone calls with salespeople who can speak directly to your prospective customers.

Once your leads are in this stage, you need to move them through the decision and purchase phases, where they'll evaluate the benefits of your product or service, compare prices and packages, and determine if your offer is the best fit for their needs. The key here is to make your offer irresistible and convince the prospect to
buy from you. This can be done through sales pages, emails, and phone conversations.
